I have two young children and quite a light carpet, so it was a bit of a mess. I wasn’t expecting the result I got. I’m very happy and can wait a while longer before I need to replace it. Richard came in and gave a clear idea of what I could expect and then got to work. Our stairs look good as new, and our living room has been refreshed. I have a home carpet cleaner that does not compare to the results this has.

I can not tell how so so happy I am Clark’s carpet cleaning Robert was so helpful when I phoned about a stair carpet he explained everything that he would do for us and what he needed from us which was just basically some hot water as everything else would come from his van the stair carpet was a bit of a mess it has come up like new I would certainly be using him again and would highly recommend him he is very thorough 😊

I was so pleased that Richard could take on the cleaning of my carpet at short notice. He is very reliable and reasonably priced, and was able to remove some difficult stains.

Was delighted with Richard's work today. He let me know when he was on his way. Then, when we had gone over my requirements, he worked very efficiently without the need for any further instructions. In about 3 hours, he cleaned 5 carpets and 6 small runners and left them looking so much better and brighter and, of course, cleaner. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and would certainly use him again.

Richard did a great job on our carpets and couches, he was friendly gave clear advice and the cost was so reasonable. The carpet in my son’s room was a state and Richard did wonders. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I received fantastic service from Clarks Carpet Care today. After suffering a bad leak our very large rug was absolutely soaked. Clarks responded and were on site within a a couple of hours. They used their fantastic equipment to remove almost all of the water. I can't recommend or thank them enough for their polite and prompt service.

Richard breathed new life into our knackered sofa for us at the last minute, arriving the next morning after our initial call. It's as good as new (and no longer reeking of dog!). Richard is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Richard came to our rescue after the guys who replaced our windows made quite a mess of our carpet, and tried (failed) to clean it using a highly toxic (and useless) substance. The smell was horrendous (causing headaches) so we needed help quickly.Richard arrived the very next day after my call to him, and given we didn't know exactly what the product was that had been used, he was careful to make sure we understood that he couldn't guarantee results. However, he exceeded all expectations and has sorted out all the stains and left the carpet looking better than ever! The smell has also gone - big relief.He was friendly, courteous and professional and I paid what feels like a fair price for this work.I'd definitely recommend him. Thanks Richard for squeezing us in on a busy day - hugely appreciated.

Cannot recommend Clarks carpet care enough. I had booked to have my carpet dried out after a flood, I had also had an accident and broken my arm and they were responsive, and explained all my options very clearly. They then gave me time to think about it and get back to them. We agreed they would visit the house the following day. On the day they offered me professional advice and made it clear the best way forward. Highly recommended

Had someone come in today in the morning and clean my wool rug from odor and some stains. Came on time and did the job very quickly and great! Removed most of the stains and rug smells so fresh and clean! Thank you so much for a great service. Highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a really bad blood stain on a very light coloured carpet after my elderly father had a bad fall, attempted (badly) to remove this ourselves before realising we really needed professional help and was very lucky to find Richard. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Bent over backwards to fit around my work schedule, and arrived exactly on time and worked really hard to remove the stain. Couldn’t be happier with the service he’s providing and his pricing is extremely fair for how hard he worked and the high quality of the equipment and tools he brings with him. Can’t recommend him highly enough! Amazing!

Great from the initial phone call onwards! Richard was helpful on the phone and able to do the job in a couple of days for a good price. Both rooms were greatly improved afterwards, pile height and texture were great on both. Would use again!
