Great experience with Richard, he clearly explained the process of repairing the carpet which had 2 burn marks by cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with spare carpet that I had. He also let me know that there is no guarantee of a completely invisible repair due to method by which the carpet is repaired, I really appreciated his transparency. Overall he did a great job making the transition as seamless as possible and the carpet looks much better now it had been repaired

Very happy with the work that Richard did today in our Edinburgh flat. It is 50m2 and took about 2 hours! Richard arrived right on time, took care to listen and focus on spots that needed most attention; vacuumed and steam cleaned leaving it smelling fresh and really clean! Would definitely hire again.

Richard squeezed us when we needed a last minute sofa clean for our house prior to renting it out. He was really helpful on the phone chatting through everything and did an excellent job. Would recommend!

Richard arrived bang on time and explained in detail how the procedure would be carried out, which made us trust his experience straight away.He was courteous and professional throughout, so we left him to get on with the job and he called us to let us know when he was almost finishing up.Richard took us though each room and we we're really happy with how our carpets turned out. He also gave us helpful advice on maintaining our carpets afterwards.We absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competitively priced carpet clean.William

Really great service. We had wax from a candle spilled over quite an area of our newish carpet and he worked wonders to take away all the wax and leave to carpet looking good as new. Friendly and helpful and let us know what was going to happen and saved us having to move the furniture all around to cover the area.

I found Richard through the National Carpet Cleaners Association as I was recommended to start looking there by a trusted carpet supplier. We only had one carpet for him to clean but we enjoyed his company and would definitely use again.

Richard's professionalism has saved me a lot of money. He worked on a carpet stain , a stain which could have meant that the carpet would have to be replaced. Other carpet cleaners wouldn't even try. He did - with an amazing result. Excellent service.

Richard cleaned my stairs and an upstairs bedroom carpet . He arrived on time and did a thoroughly excellent job. No fuss, no problems just 2 very clean carpets. In addition I asked Richard of he could repair a small.area of my lounge carpet whoch he had been burned by a faulty heater. Again, he focused on the work and did a brilliant job, so much so that I couldn't see where the patch was. Prices are excellent and I would highly recommend.

I phoned Richard and he was able to give me a quote on the phone and arrange to complete the work very quickly. He arrived on time, checked out the job and discussed the condition of our carpets. He then proceeded with the clean which was thorough and well organised. Very pleased with the standard of work, good value for money and Richard was very professional hence the 5 star revue.

Great job at a good price. Our carpets were a bit tired with a couple of stains. Richard was easy to talk to about the job and arrange the day/time etc. By the time Richard had finished, the carpets had been given a new lease of life and now look great. We would definitely use Clarks Carpet Care again and can recommend. Thank you

Richard has done two things for us in the past couple of weeks. He did a complete clean of all carpets at the end of a tenancy. The results were excellent and the carpets looked like new once he had finished with the cleaning. We also needed to call upon him to help with the removal of a number of stains on a brand new carpet in our new flat. He assessed the situation, decided on a course of action and it worked perfectly. We were so happy with the outcome.He is a courteous and professional person who gets the job done at a realistic price.

Brilliant Service from Richard at Clark’s Carpet Care.Richard was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and has proper industrial looking like machine that works at 110 degrees. Richard also pre-treats any marks and affected areas spraying a cleaning product on first before using the carpet cleaning machine.I was impressed with Richard’s service and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
