Meet Clarks Care Care owner Richard
Hello, I’m Richard. When I started this carpet cleaning business in late 2013 it was just out of a necessity to do something productive with a tax rebate I’d received earlier in the year.
Between seeing the machines for hire in supermarkets and all the guys advertising online & social media, I just set about copying what everyone else was doing and thought “easy money”. How wrong was I?
A little over a year into the business I was approached by another carpet cleaner to help with a cleaning job and I immediately realised I knew nothing.
As well as making a new friend it started me on a non stop journey of learning.
I threw myself into learning every aspect of the industry, attending every training course up and down the country, gaining every qualification there is and am now the most highly accredited service provider in the industry and have committed to maintain, update and renew my skills by attending at least one training course and industry event per year.
I have built up an arsenal of knowledge and the best products, tools and powerful equipment to deal with any task possible.
