Very quick and efficient with both replies and the work that he done. Polite and nice conversation too 😊.We had some stains that wouldn't come up but Richard did what he could for us!! Carpets otherwise look amazing 🌟

I found Richard through the National Carpet Cleaners Association as I was recommended to start looking there by a trusted carpet supplier. We only had one carpet for him to clean but we enjoyed his company and would definitely use again.

We have used Richard today after a glass of red wine fell off a tray wrecking our rug . Richard is clear, punctual and efficient. A true professional. He has never disappointed us. Amazing job. Would highly recommend to others.

Richard's professionalism has saved me a lot of money. He worked on a carpet stain , a stain which could have meant that the carpet would have to be replaced. Other carpet cleaners wouldn't even try. He did - with an amazing result. Excellent service.

Excellent professional service from Richard. My carpet has been given a new lease of life and now looks 100% better - deep cleaned with no mess and it dried quickly. Would be very happy to use Clark’s Carpet Care again.

Richard was a referral as I have heard of his business but did not require anything until last week where he managed to accommodate 2 properties within the same week. Richard was super friendly from the moment we spoke and was very responsive on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend for any office, house or furniture services. Genuine lad.

Richard cleaned my stairs and an upstairs bedroom carpet . He arrived on time and did a thoroughly excellent job. No fuss, no problems just 2 very clean carpets. In addition I asked Richard of he could repair a small.area of my lounge carpet whoch he had been burned by a faulty heater. Again, he focused on the work and did a brilliant job, so much so that I couldn't see where the patch was. Prices are excellent and I would highly recommend.

I phoned Richard and he was able to give me a quote on the phone and arrange to complete the work very quickly. He arrived on time, checked out the job and discussed the condition of our carpets. He then proceeded with the clean which was thorough and well organised. Very pleased with the standard of work, good value for money and Richard was very professional hence the 5 star revue.

Great job at a good price. Our carpets were a bit tired with a couple of stains. Richard was easy to talk to about the job and arrange the day/time etc. By the time Richard had finished, the carpets had been given a new lease of life and now look great. We would definitely use Clarks Carpet Care again and can recommend. Thank you

Richard has done two things for us in the past couple of weeks. He did a complete clean of all carpets at the end of a tenancy. The results were excellent and the carpets looked like new once he had finished with the cleaning. We also needed to call upon him to help with the removal of a number of stains on a brand new carpet in our new flat. He assessed the situation, decided on a course of action and it worked perfectly. We were so happy with the outcome.He is a courteous and professional person who gets the job done at a realistic price.

Brilliant Service from Richard at Clark’s Carpet Care.Richard was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and has proper industrial looking like machine that works at 110 degrees. Richard also pre-treats any marks and affected areas spraying a cleaning product on first before using the carpet cleaning machine.I was impressed with Richard’s service and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I had my carpet and Amtico floors cleaned this month by Richard. After short notice he very helpfully and understandingly fitted me in which I really appreciated. He very quickly understood what would need to be done and worked collaboratively with me to make sure it would all go smoothly and that I understood what would happen on the day. He worked quickly, thoroughly and provided lots of great advice for future care along the way. My carpet and floors came up so well and felt like new again at a very good provided cost.
