Richard has done two things for us in the past couple of weeks. He did a complete clean of all carpets at the end of a tenancy. The results were excellent and the carpets looked like new once he had finished with the cleaning. We also needed to call upon him to help with the removal of a number of stains on a brand new carpet in our new flat. He assessed the situation, decided on a course of action and it worked perfectly. We were so happy with the outcome.He is a courteous and professional person who gets the job done at a realistic price.

Brilliant Service from Richard at Clark’s Carpet Care.Richard was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and has proper industrial looking like machine that works at 110 degrees. Richard also pre-treats any marks and affected areas spraying a cleaning product on first before using the carpet cleaning machine.I was impressed with Richard’s service and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I had my carpet and Amtico floors cleaned this month by Richard. After short notice he very helpfully and understandingly fitted me in which I really appreciated. He very quickly understood what would need to be done and worked collaboratively with me to make sure it would all go smoothly and that I understood what would happen on the day. He worked quickly, thoroughly and provided lots of great advice for future care along the way. My carpet and floors came up so well and felt like new again at a very good provided cost. I have two young children and quite a light carpet, so it was a bit of a mess. I wasn’t expecting the result I got. I’m very happy and can wait a while longer before I need to replace it. Richard came in and gave a clear idea of what I could expect and then got to work. Our stairs look good as new, and our living room has been refreshed. I have a home carpet cleaner that does not compare to the results this has.

I can not tell how so so happy I am Clark’s carpet cleaning Robert was so helpful when I phoned about a stair carpet he explained everything that he would do for us and what he needed from us which was just basically some hot water as everything else would come from his van the stair carpet was a bit of a mess it has come up like new I would certainly be using him again and would highly recommend him he is very thorough 😊

Was delighted with Richard's work today. He let me know when he was on his way. Then, when we had gone over my requirements, he worked very efficiently without the need for any further instructions. In about 3 hours, he cleaned 5 carpets and 6 small runners and left them looking so much better and brighter and, of course, cleaner. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and would certainly use him again.

I received fantastic service from Clarks Carpet Care today. After suffering a bad leak our very large rug was absolutely soaked. Clarks responded and were on site within a a couple of hours. They used their fantastic equipment to remove almost all of the water. I can't recommend or thank them enough for their polite and prompt service.
