Got in touch with Richard and he was very helpful over the phone explaining the procedures and what he would do. Made a fantastic job of the carpets which freshened them up and done a great job at removing the stains and marks. A 5 star service and I would highly recommend using Clark’s Carpet Care.

Richard is a lovely guy. I had to reschedule unfortunately, but that was absolutely no problem with Richard. He responded vigilantly to my messages and I was impressed not only by the quality of service but the knowledge and future advice for maintaining my carpet! Important with four children and a dog running a muck! my cream carpet looks brand new thanks again Richard 👌

Richard has done a wonderful job. My carpets were covered with dog hair, dog vomit waste(after my cleaning) and mud stains. And they look like new ones. Richard is so helpful and friendly. I’ve recommend him to my landlord. Thank you Richard.Richard m’a vraiment beaucoup aidée, les canapés étaient vraiment en mauvais état et maintenant presque tout neuf. Merci beaucoup.

Richard did a fantastic job on a 3 bedroom flat I Let. I seriously thought I was going to have to replace all the carpets. When I went to check the results I was knocked out by how clean they were, nice one! Excellent value and brilliant results, I would definitely recommend him and a nice guy to boot!👍👍👍

Prompt, proper and professional! Had almost given up on a very difficult stain on the carpet but Richard did a stellar job in making it almost invisible. Comes highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Richard was extremely efficient and very thorough in cleaning our carpets. He tested the carpet, to see what it was made of and then firstly cleaned our rug. Then after explaining the process to me, went on to clean our lounge, bedroom, hallway and bathroom carpets. We are so very pleased with such a professional job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thankyou so much for clean, lovely smelling carpets Richard.

We booked Richard to clean our settees last week. He arrived promptly & even helped us move these back into the sitting room, as they had been moved out so we could redecorate. As the material on our settees was partly viscose, he hoovered & hand cleaned them. He was very careful to ensure that he applied the correct cleaner & we are really pleased with the result. We also had very large rug that we wanted to be taken away to be cleaned & as Richard did not have the facilities to do this, he recommended another company. We were very impressed with his professionalism & the results of his work so we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Richard has done my stairs and two landings today . I wish I'd asked him ages ago to do them ! . He was very professional from initial contact to completion of job . He worked non stop for over two hours ensuring everything was done to the highest of standards. He's passionate about what he does which shows in the final results . I'm delighted to say my carpets look and feel as good as the day they were laid only this time they smell wonderful too ! I thoroughly recommend Richard and the service he provides and will definitely use him again in the future .

Excellent service and result.Richard worked hard to properly clean and treat stained carpets left by tenants and has saved us having to replace them. We found Richard to be professional and he has specialist equipment and products. Highly recommend and I will be using again.

Problem Solved Handyman Services from Teviothead used his services for a Landlords 3 bedroom flat in Hawick the other day.He did a professional job at a fair price.He knows what he is talking about and he has all the correct certification.Highly recommended, I will definitely use him again.
