Great experience with Richard, he clearly explained the process of repairing the carpet which had 2 burn marks by cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with spare carpet that I had. He also let me know that there is no guarantee of a completely invisible repair due to method by which the carpet is repaired, I really appreciated his transparency. Overall he did a great job making the transition as seamless as possible and the carpet looks much better now it had been repaired

Very happy with the work that Richard did today in our Edinburgh flat. It is 50m2 and took about 2 hours! Richard arrived right on time, took care to listen and focus on spots that needed most attention; vacuumed and steam cleaned leaving it smelling fresh and really clean! Would definitely hire again.

Really great service. We had wax from a candle spilled over quite an area of our newish carpet and he worked wonders to take away all the wax and leave to carpet looking good as new. Friendly and helpful and let us know what was going to happen and saved us having to move the furniture all around to cover the area.

Richard's professionalism has saved me a lot of money. He worked on a carpet stain , a stain which could have meant that the carpet would have to be replaced. Other carpet cleaners wouldn't even try. He did - with an amazing result. Excellent service.

Richard was a referral as I have heard of his business but did not require anything until last week where he managed to accommodate 2 properties within the same week. Richard was super friendly from the moment we spoke and was very responsive on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend for any office, house or furniture services. Genuine lad.

Richard cleaned my stairs and an upstairs bedroom carpet . He arrived on time and did a thoroughly excellent job. No fuss, no problems just 2 very clean carpets. In addition I asked Richard of he could repair a small.area of my lounge carpet whoch he had been burned by a faulty heater. Again, he focused on the work and did a brilliant job, so much so that I couldn't see where the patch was. Prices are excellent and I would highly recommend.

I phoned Richard and he was able to give me a quote on the phone and arrange to complete the work very quickly. He arrived on time, checked out the job and discussed the condition of our carpets. He then proceeded with the clean which was thorough and well organised. Very pleased with the standard of work, good value for money and Richard was very professional hence the 5 star revue.

Got me out of a right fix when my husband decided to take orange juice instead of water to bed and somehow spilled it over our lovely white wool carpet ... Clarks saved our carpets and our marriage. They came out quickly as an emergency at the weekend and were charming. Thank you.

Richard has done two things for us in the past couple of weeks. He did a complete clean of all carpets at the end of a tenancy. The results were excellent and the carpets looked like new once he had finished with the cleaning. We also needed to call upon him to help with the removal of a number of stains on a brand new carpet in our new flat. He assessed the situation, decided on a course of action and it worked perfectly. We were so happy with the outcome. He is a courteous and professional person who gets the job done at a realistic price.

I had my carpet and Amtico floors cleaned this month by Richard. After short notice he very helpfully and understandingly fitted me in which I really appreciated. He very quickly understood what would need to be done and worked collaboratively with me to make sure it would all go smoothly and that I understood what would happen on the day. He worked quickly, thoroughly and provided lots of great advice for future care along the way. My carpet and floors came up so well and felt like new again at a very good provided cost. Thank you Richard at Clarks Carpet Care I would absolutely use again and recommend.

Despite having her carpets cleaned many times before, this was the first time any carpet cleaner vacuumed. In-fact I did about half a dozen other things that they should’ve but didn’t.
