Richard was wonderful. He thinks of everything. He had to clean an old, rather badly stained carpet in the communal area of my apartment building. I hadn't much hope other than that the dust would be reduced - but in fact the difference is fantastic - it's really prolonged the life of the carpet meaningfully, and the really bad stains have gone. He was prompt and basically just got on with the job. Very pleasant and professional and I shall be using him again !

Richard is professional, responsive and delivers great service. He helped us cleaning all carpets in our bedrooms and living room on short notice, and the outcome was excellent. Would definitely recommend Richard to anyone who need carpet cleaning!

Easy to arrange and good communication whilst deciding which company to use. Professional assessment once on site and very clear expectation setting regarding stains. Minimised disruption whilst cleaning and even helped to move furniture before starting to clean. Recommend!

Fantastic clean. Richard really knows his stuff. Our carpets were suffering from years of abuse with kids/teenagers and pets. We just can’t quite believe how clean the look - and the house smells clean with no chemical after smell. I would use him again

Friendly service and my carpets looked much better after having picked up some discolouring and stains from coming and going in and out the house/having a dog. I would use again in future and also recommend to others!

Needed my carpets cleaned and needed it in a hurry. Got in touch with Richard and he came straight away. He explained everything he would do and got to work. He was professional, very tidy and informative and the carpets have come up like new and the price was good. Absolute gentleman and highly recommended. Thank You Richard.

The service far surpassed our expectations. It looks like we have brand new carpets! We were expecting it to be such an upheaval but it couldn't have been easier. Richard made it really straight forward, and didn't make any false promises. Highly recommend. Will 100% use again.

Richard did a great job cleaning up a beautiful big old wool carpet from Brasil back in the 70s. Really careful job and the colours came up nicely from the clean. Negotiated getting the equipment in etc with no fuss, did a lovely job. Would definitely call Richard again.

Really professional and efficient service. We had our vintage Persian rug cleaned and deodorised. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to ensure their rug isn’t damaged during the cleaning process.

I have cleaned my carpets myself in the past but now feel I would prefer someone else to do it. I found Richard's business online and was impresed with the reviews. They were'nt wrong! He arrived on time, was very clear about what he was going to do and went ahead and did it very efficiently. He was a very pleasant man to have in my home. I was delighted with the results and will definitely use him again in future.

Richard was friendly, professional and conscientious in his work. When dealing with a stain removal, he took time to understand the type of carpet so that he could apply the correct treatment. I was very pleased with Richard's work and would highly recommend his services.

Clarks' did a wonderful job cleaning my rugs. Very responsive, great service & excellent value for money. Rugs look good as new. The dog has been trying them all out (like Goldilocks) & thinks they're grand!

Excellent service - Very professional and great results! Richard was thorough in cleaning my sofa and carpets, got stains out of my carpets and and the carpet even visually looks lighter now. He also saved my hardwood floor from some ugly black scratches that I was worried were permanent. Had a large range on equipment on hand which was very useful and I was impressed with the results. Seeing the amount of dirty water extracted from the carpets, I couldnt believe I actually thought the carpets were not so bad. Same with the sofa. So glad for hiring Richard, will do so again in the future. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

My cream coloured carpets in the lounge, bedroom, stairs and landing were laid 5 years ago.The Vax cleaner I tried recently didn’t really tackle the stained and high traffic areas at all, so I was dubious about just how clean these carpets could actually get. The results were amazing, I was absolutely delighted, even my wee dog and cat are happy to stretch out and snooze on the carpets again.I’m delighted with my ‘new’ carpets and would definitely recommend to anyone.
